Just added to the Fest part of the Boston Scvi-Fi Film Fesitval, "Whatever Happened to Peter Blaggit?". Directed by Mark Jeavons and starring Ron Leetham, the film just won Best Film at England's Best Independent Film Festival 2011.

First 'Thon Film Announced

We're pleased to announce (and tease) the first film for the 37th 'Thon.

It's a film that we eagerly awaited to see and when we did see it, found our expectations met. When we tell folks about it, we start by reminding them of Major Strasser interviewing Rick Blaine in his bistro in 'Casablanca'. In that scene, the Major talks about marching into New York City. And Rick calmly, coolly tells him that there are some sections of NYC that he shouldn't go marching into. That's what this film is. There are certain sections that aliens shouldn't invade.
