When Disney bought Marvel rumors were rife about what they would do with the recently purchased content rich environment. Now it looks like they have made everyone's guesses wrong.

The sequel 300 RISE OF AN EMPIRE has been moved by its distributor.
Originally slated to premiere in August. The new date is March 7, 2014. The original 300 premiered in that same calendar location.

Just added to the Fest part of the Boston Scvi-Fi Film Fesitval, "Whatever Happened to Peter Blaggit?". Directed by Mark Jeavons and starring Ron Leetham, the film just won Best Film at England's Best Independent Film Festival 2011.
Here's the plot.
